Peak Pilates guarantees that this accessory is free from manufacturing defects. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this agreement are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty. This warranty will take effect on the invoice date of the original purchase and will extend for the periods indicated below:<\/p>\n
This product has a two-year limited warranty on the Tower's structural components. All other components, except upholstery, straps and loops, are covered by a one-year limited warranty. If defects occur due to manufacturing and\/or material defects, we will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion. Upholstery, straps and loops are covered by a 60-day warranty against defects in workmanship and\/or materials. This warranty is for the Peak Pilates MVe Reformer Tower Kit and applies to materials only. The warranty is valid only under the following conditions:<\/p>\n
This machine is not modified in any way. The machine is used only as described in this manual and in accordance with generally accepted Pilates practices. Accidents, misuse, misuse or improper service are not covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n
