Wall and floor mountable tower units and portable mats provide flexibility and versatility in small studios or home spaces. The wall system is great for beginners, perfect for range-of-motion exercises, helps build long muscles and improve body tone, and makes simple floor exercises more challenging.<\/p>\n
The Deluxe wall system includes the rod system, the raised platform carpet and the raised carpet boxes (in pairs) and the short box rod.<\/p>\n
