Increasing the height of the mat makes it easier to adapt the exercises to different body shapes. The Raised Platform Mat is most often used in conjunction with the Peak Pilates® wall unit to create a complete tower unit. Optionally, dowels and mat boxes can be added to the end for added functionality. Standard colour is black.
