Designed for maximum versatility and value, the Total Workout System (TWS) features a redesigned frame and components to offer more options in less floor space. It features an exclusive, quick-converting, ultra-sleek articulated trolley that allows you to easily switch between multiple workout modes, and is equipped with ropes and retractable lifts.
